Emirates has announced a third daily flight to Hong Kong, which will start on Wednesday November 1.
The additional flight will go directly from Dubai to Hong Kong aboard a Boeing 777-300ER.
It means that Emirates will now operate two daily direct flights to the city in addition to a third daily service via Bangkok.
The additional daily flight will offer seats in First Class, Business Class and Economy Class.
As for take-off and landing, the DXB to HKG will depart at 3.15am (local time) and arrive 2.30pm (local time).
HKG to DXB will depart at 6pm (local time) and land in Dubai at 11.05pm.
The added flights to be deployed in November will complement Emirates’ direct services on EK380/381 as well as EK384/385, operating with a short stopover in Bangkok.
In other airline news, Emirates customers will have access to eight new Mexican destinations from mid-September.
These are: Cancun, Cozumel, Monterrey, Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara, San Jose Del Cabo, Leon/Guanajuato, and Queretaro.
It’s because the Dubai-based airline is entering an expanded codeshare partnership with United.
The partnership means that Emirates customers can fly on Emirates to two points in the US, either Chicago or Houston, to connect to Mexico.
Depending on travel plans, passengers can opt to fly to the Mexican capital using Emirates daily services from Dubai with a stop in Barcelona, or separately book codeshare flights to Mexico City.
The expansion of the codeshare network also enables customers flying from the nine points in Mexico to fly to destinations on the airline’s network, via Chicago or Houston.
