Award-winning Turkish chef and culinary entrepreneur Ayşenur Molu Şadoğlu will launch À la Molu, a boutique gastronomic concept that will bring a unique blend of Turkish heritage and French culinary precision to the heart of Dubai this season.

Rooted in craftsmanship, family legacy, and cross-cultural sensibility, À la Molu will offer more than a restaurant — it will present an intimate culinary narrative told through refined plates, artisanal technique, and a philosophy of slow, intentional cooking.

Chef Molu, who completed her culinary education through the Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplôme program in Istanbul, will introduce to Dubai a distinctive dining experience shaped by classical French training and deep-rooted Turkish traditions. During her formation, she earned two international gold medals and garnered national media attention for her participation in Salon du Chocolat, where she unveiled a couture chocolate dress as part of a Vakko and Le Cordon Bleu collaboration.

“À la Molu will be a deeply personal endeavor,” says Chef Molu. “It will honor my family’s legacy, reflect my journey as both mother and chef, and embody my belief that food is both a craft and a cultural dialogue. Each dish will be designed with purpose — to elevate tradition and tell a story.”

The name À la Molu carries layered meaning: “à la” references culinary authorship in French, while “Molu” is the chef’s family name and the brand under which she previously operated in Istanbul. In Turkish and Arabic, the word conveys honor, refinement, and intrinsic value — ideals that will be central to the concept’s vision.

Before relocating to the UAE, Chef Molu founded the Chef Ayşenur Culinary Academy in Istanbul’s Ataşehir district, where she led artisanal pastry workshops and traditional Turkish cuisine training. Now, she is set to bring this same ethos to Dubai, catering to a discerning clientele seeking a rare, heritage-rooted gastronomic experience.

The opening of À la Molu will mark a significant moment in Dubai’s evolving culinary landscape — where cultural depth, technical mastery, and storytelling come together on the plate.
