AI innovation with iX Hero
Global technology and services leader Concentrix is strengthening its presence in the Middle East with the expansion of its flagship Dubai office and the launch of new AI-powered features in its intelligent experience (iX) suite.
At the heart of this announcement is iX Hero, a next-generation AI platform designed to transform how businesses manage customer interactions. The latest update introduces two standout features: Harmony, which refines speech patterns for improved engagement, and Clarity, which removes background noise to enable smoother, more natural communication.
“Dubai is one of the most dynamic markets for CX innovation,” said Waed Alhawamdeh, Regional Managing Director for KSA and Jordan, in remarks reported by Gulf News. “Our expanded site will allow clients to see our technology in action, collaborate with experts, and explore tailored solutions such as iX Hello that drive real transformation.”
Concentrix highlights that its AI-powered tools have already delivered significant outcomes: up to an 80% reduction in task completion time, a 10–20% boost in productivity, and a 20–40% rise in customer satisfaction and quality.
Strengthening client partnerships in Dubai
The expansion of Concentrix’s Dubai hub is more than an increase in office space — it is a move to create a collaborative platform for regional and global businesses. The upgraded site now includes demo zones, workshops, and private consultation rooms where clients can explore AI-driven solutions designed to redefine customer experience.
According to Metin Tarakci, Managing Director for the Middle East and Türkiye, the company’s growth in Dubai is strategically aligned with the region’s role as a center for global commerce and innovation. “This expansion is about creating possibilities,” Tarakci explained.
Under the leadership of Alhawamdeh and Tarakci, Concentrix has brought in international clients, partnered with public sector entities, and generated thousands of local jobs, further establishing itself as a central player in the Middle East’s digital transformation.
