LEGO Serious Play was first discovered on Instagram by Gül in 2019, and she understood how well the concept worked in her coaching sessions. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methodology (LSP) uses LEGO bricks to build ideas in a 3-dimensional way, and the methodology uses storytelling as a tool to find innovative solutions and fix complex issues within the system.

Being a creative person, this methodology fascinated Gül. As a LEGO Serious Play Facilitator, she uses the LSP methodology to guide individuals to enhance their leadership skills and strategic development. It also focuses on emotional intelligence, personal accountability, and resilience, changing the way companies deal with leadership and development.

Workplace Happiness and Employee Engagement
